{{COUSINS}}

I have such fond memories of my cousins and I growing up together!! I am so glad my daughter is blessed with the same treasure. Here she is with my husband's side of the family.

The new Echo Park mini-collection cousins comes in both girl and boy versions.. I might have squealed when I saw it. So perfect!

I am entering into Rochelle's Scrappy Friends challenges. For her "this or that" prompt, I used a white arrow paper clip. I look forward to Brenda's sketches every month, July's is awesome:

I am also sharing with Scrapbook Circle's challenge to use a wood element. I used wood veneer hearts scattered on the patterned paper. Tessa's work totally inspires me!

Thanks for stopping by; enjoy your Sunday!!

Ice Cream Thanks!

TGIF!!

I finally dusted off my cricut and made this cute ice cream diecut using my Simply Charmed cartridge. I needed a cute thank you note to send to a friend who recently sent me a RAK {random act of kindness}. Returning the favor with a sweet treat!

I used glitter cardstock for the strawberry scoop and had to add googly eyes!

I am entering the Fantabulous Cricut challenge to use an ice cream die cut for National Ice Cream Month :) That's a holiday I can celebrate! Especially on these HOTTTT days of summer.

Whats your flavor? Mine is a toss up between salted caramel and cookies and cream - YUM!

Shell - a - brate :)

My daughter is having a Little Mermaid themed party on Saturday - so I had to create a little card to go along with it :)

I used the sketch at Mojo Monday and all papers/stickers are Imaginisce.

Have a great week!

SSSSeriously?!

My daughter, she's fearless. When this photo was taken, she was 2 and about 7 years younger than any of the other children at the local Ag Center's reptile presentation. Yet, she sat in a row on the floor with them and listened to the presenter. When small critters were passed down for petting and holding - I was so proud touched a turtle and a lizard and a frog!

And then the boa constrictor came out.

And she raised her hand to volunteer to hold it.

WHAT.

The instructor made eye contact with us and we timidly nodded our permission to let our TODDLER hold THIS.

Needless to say, it deserved its own page in the scrapbook.

I used the sketch at Sketch N Scrap :)
