Love Like Crazy

.. is one of my favorite songs.

And my friend Jess and I were lucky to go backstage and meet Lee Brice last summer ;)

The Bo Bunny "Block Party" papers were perfect for this photo, embellished with Cupcake Poppies from Precocious Paper!

I have been so lucky to design for Precocious Paper the last few months! I know I'll be sharing many more projects, as Tessa is so generous in providing product for her design team. Speaking of which, have you sent in your application?!

Either way, be sure to stop by Precocious Paper and treat yourself :) You WILL NOT be disappointed!

A "ruff" day

Welcome to another great challenge at The Paper Variety!

You never know when you will need a "get well" card. It's so nice to have these on hand to send an uplifting message to a friend in need! This week's challenge is...

We have a NEW sponsor to introduce too! Dana Swadling is a super sweet Close to My Heart demonstrator! Click HERE to go to her website.

She has generously donated this beautiful "Sophia" kit! Doesn't that make you smile?!

Be sure to stop by The Paper Variety to see the cards and gifts the design team created!

I took a different take on this challenge and created a layout about my little guy being sick. Unfortunately, he has had seizures for the past year or so. Luckily, with the right medication dosage he is doing much better!

I just love how this layout came together! I wanted to include a lot of journaling and the latest sketch at Artful Delight was the perfect design.

I am lucky enough to be guest designing for Leanne and playing with this month's kit!

It is full of Jillibean Soup and Little Yellow Bicycle. See THIS post for all the details.

Cricut Cardz Challenge #65

There is a really fun challenge this week at Cricut Cardz! This week we are creating cards that fit in a business size envelope - approx. 9x4".

I cut mine at 9" x 6 1/2" inches and scored at 4 inches. I used my Martha Stewart doily lace punch on shorter width.

I just love how it turned out! The little baby is cut with my New Arrival cartridge with an adorable Peachy Keen face. I embossed the green mat with my Cuttlebug swiss dots folder and my Paper Trey Ink sentiment with white embossing powder.

Head over to Cricut Cardz to see what the rest of the design team created and enter your tall cards today :)

Somebunny Special

It's downpouring and cold here in PA today, I thought I would make a very springy card to hopefully bring some warm weather my way ;)

I used the latest sketch from Peachy Keen Stamps:

I just love this little bunny on the Simply Charmed cartridge. I swapped out his face of course with an adorable Peachy Keen face. And I cheated a bit and instead of cutting out all of the pink tiny pieces, I chalked them ;)

I used my new "Color Me Happy" stamps from Emma at My Creative Time. I just love the fonts! They fit perfect in my new EK Success Photo Label punch.

Thanks for stopping by today! For a chance to win one of Emma's stamp sets be sure to check out the Paper Variety blog hop on THIS post :)

Hope you're having a great weekend!

Endless Love :)

So, it may appear that I'm a little late for Valentine's Day ~ but I can profess my love all year long right, lol?

I created this card, for the Paper Trailmakers blog, inspired by the song Endless Love.

I used my Sweethearts cartridge to cut out the scalloped heart and "date night" silhouette. The stamp "true love lasts forever" is from Emma's "You Had Me at Chocolate" set.

TGIF!
