I love Emma's videos and blog! This is my first time participating in her "Throwback Thursday" challenge - mostly because I've recently discovered a new love for cricut cartridges. Create a Critter can be blamed for that one LOL. It's so easy and fun to use.
Anyway, back to the challenge - to create a birthday project using Cricut's "Celebration" cart. But, if you don't have that one, it's okay to use an older cartridge instead - after all it is called "Throwback Thursday" ;) I just picked up this oldie (but a goodie) on ebay for just $17! It's A Child's Year - and I love the silhouettes.
I used Basic Grey patterned paper from my stash to make this vintage inspired card!
I cute the boy in the high chair at 4 3/4" and the number one at 1 1/2" using the monogram feature. I finished the title sentiment with an Inkadinkado clear alpha set. Green ribbon along the bottom was the last touch!
