Quick Quotes Blog Hop!

Good morning! Welcome to the QUICK QUOTES blog hop, celebrating National Scrapbooking Day!!

If you are coming from MARICA'S blog you're in the right spot :) If not, you'll want to start at CHRISTINE'S blog so you don't miss any of the inspiration or chances to win.
Here is the layout I created using the Summer Samba line:

This month's challenge is all about fussy cutting. I cut two sets of these hibiscus flowers from the patterned paper corners and layered them on the second sheet of patterned paper with pop dots. It really gives the page a lot of dimension!

I also fussy cut this postage stamp title from the Summer Samba 500 journaling boxes paper. I added the "a" and "with" with other alphas.

Now what's a Blog Hop without a fun prize?!!!  Since we are celebrating National Scrapbooking Day (annnd 6,000 fans over on Facebook!) we are all set to give away a grab bag full of crafty Quick Quotes goodness!   For sure it will contain some PowderPuff Chalk Inks as they are our featured product for May!

How do you win?
  • Leave a comment on each of the Designer's blogs
  • Come on back and leave a comment with your favorite project or tip from the hop
  • Be a follower of this blog, get an extra entry if you refer a friend to be a new follower!
  • Hop is open for comments until Sunday, May 6 at 11:59pm.

Happy Hopping!

Like the fussy cutting of the flowers and the way you popped them up for dimension. I like the Summer Samba paper. Made some wedding layouts from an Hawaiian Beach wedding (you can see these on my blog) using the Summer Samba paper I had won and my order for more Summer Samba paper arrived so I can make more now.
