Yesterday, I shared my 2014 cover page & today I have week 1:
Over Christmas break, I organized all my paper collections into seasons instead of by company so that I could easily find things for Project Life. I "found" this older MME holiday collection that makes me think this is what my lil girl will look like in a few years :) I used my Lawn Fawn stamps for the "Week 1"
I have hardly any pictures of the 3 of us! My bestie snapped this moment with her phone on New Years Eve. Love how we are both looking at her. And how she loves to grab and chew on the drawstrings of my hoodies :)
Baby M just started playing peek-a-boo. Her favorite is to hide behind the shower curtain. She loves laying in front of the tub while I swap and fold laundry (which is in our downstairs bath closet). I punched the pink heart from woodgrain paper and spiced up the 3x4 card from Simple Stories' baby girl pack.
Also from that collection, these 4x6 month in review cards. I love the small pic of her with her "6 month" sticker.
I love that project life is just that.. everyday life. And let's face it, it's not always pretty. Insert grumpy girl:
I journaled about our not-so-perfect snow day on this handmade 4x6 card. I loving using my patterned paper scraps on these pages!
My hubby and I went out for lunch and to do some shopping, while baby girl hung out with Grammie. Usually she is sleeping or missing momma when we return, but not this time. She was happily playing patty-cake. I snapped this quick pick before she reached for me lol! I used my nestabilities to diecut the pic and frame and popped it up on patterned paper.
On our date day, my hubby and I saw the based on a true story Disney movie "Saving Mr. Banks". It was AWESOME. I saved the movie stubs and made this 3x4 card inspired by the disney colors and buttons in the shape of Mickey Mouse. I was so happy with how it came out!
Hope you had a great Saturday! Thanks for stopping by!

Oh wow.....worth the wait! You are truly creating an heirloom for your daughter to treasure always. Thanks for sharing a peek into your everyday life. Love the grumpy face!
You really did a bang up job of shopping lol. I am liking all of your new cards! Love all the pics of M, so fun to see the everyday moments, even the not so fun ones. You know I love your Disney card :-)
This spread is fantastic. I love all the handmade details and the glimpse into your everyday life. Wonderful, wonderful page.
Where do I start? First, I love the picture of the three of you on New Years. Second I love that you included the real life grumpies. Third I love the Mickey head you made with the buttons - awesome! (I really want to see Saving Mr Banks - want the whole family to go - we've been to Disney twice together and the kids are familiar with Tom Hanks and Emma Thompson so I think they would get a kick out of it + you said it was awesome!;-) TFS!
So many great moments here and pictures. So glad the pic was snapped of you on New Years Eve, that is perfect and also that you got the pic of Kenna and Grammie. I love that.
LOVE the picture of the three of you! Super cute idea to make a Mickey out of buttons. AWESOME job!!!
